Yanisah Marapao

But you can call me Yan

I’m a designer by trade and a people-first thinker by nature, so you’ll usually find me where strategy, storytelling, and visual design come together.

I’m most drawn to creating experiences that feel intuitive, meaningful, and full of character — the kind that connect with people in ways that actually matter.

With a degree in Creative Digital Media and a Master’s in User Experience from MTU, my background spans UX design, visual communication, interface design, and brand identity. I love blending research, empathy, and creativity to shape solutions that are not only visually strong, but deeply functional too.

At the heart of my process is always the audience. I enjoy uncovering what people need, what frustrates them, and what makes an experience click, then using that insight to build something clear, engaging, and human-centred. As I continue growing into product design, creative direction, and motion, I’m excited by the possibilities of bringing all of these disciplines together to create work that feels cohesive, dynamic, and alive.
